Paramus Golf Course Membership Procedure

Non resident-Paramus Golfers

Any golfer may purchase a Membership for $50. This will allow you to book tee times one day in advance. You will also save $10 every round you play!

Paramus Residents

Paramus Residents must present their current membership card & driver's license, as well as two of the following items:

  • Most recent Local Tax Bill

  • Most recent PSE&G Bill

  • Most recent SUEZ Bill

  • Most recent Personal phone bill (Cablevision-Optimum, Verizon FIOS, etc.)

Pace of Play

  • To achieve regular rounds of 4 hours, golfers must follow these regulations:

  • Be considerate of other golfers.

  • Play from the tees that match your ability. The staff may require you to play from a different tee based on your ability.

  • Play ready golf; go to your ball & be ready to hit.

  • Place your golf bag on the far side of the green, so the next group can proceed.

  • Upon finishing a hole, move on & mark your score on the next tee.

  • The staff may have you skip holes to maintain your position on the golf course.

Daily Procedures - Day of Play

Tee Times

  • The Pro Shop opens one hour prior to the first tee time.

  • Golfers may then acquire a tee time for the following day on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Golfers may also sign the waiting list as a walk-on for that day, also on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Call-in: Any active member may call the Pro Shop starting at 8:00 a.m. or thereafter to reserve an available tee time for the same or following day.

  • Call: 201-447-6079 extension 0.

  • On weekdays there is one walk-on slot per hour (four golfers)

  • On weekends, there are back-to-back walk-on slots per hour (eight golfers) during the busier hours of the day

  • All walk-ons must be present to be placed on waiting list.

  • If a golfer on the waiting list is called 3 times & he/she does not respond, they will be removed from the list.

  • If the golfer returns later, still wishing to play, he/she will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.

  • The Intercom reaches the restaurant, putting green and practice areas but does not extend to the parking areas, so a waiting list golfer must be attentive to the intercom announcements.

Checking-In

  • Golfers must check in twenty minutes prior to their tee time.

  • Golfers must present their membership cards when checking-in.

  • Non-Member Paramus residents must present their Current driver's license.

Delay Policy

  • When playing conditions require a delayed start, the tee times may be compressed in order to accommodate as many golfers as possible. Some groups may start on the tenth tee at the discretion of the Paramus Golf Staff.

  • Rain Checks are not issued.
